“The lobby is very charming and will kept. The supper club smelled amazing and I've heard great things, but we didn't go into the supper club. There is no elevator and we had a lot of stuff due to traveling for almost a week on a hiking trip. So getting everything up to the room was a challenge. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. ”

“Your basic hotel. Rooms could’ve been cleaner. Breakfast was good. Staff was good.”

“Dirty guestroom beds, bathrooms and floors, half the machines in arcade room don’t work. Hotel staff said either stay and deal with it cause no housekeeping available or leave without a refund. Pet hairs everywhere and with allergies we couldn’t stay to protect our health. Expedia wouldn’t even fight for a refund so no to them both for me.”

“The property was not clean. My room smelled like mildew and sour milk. Too many people were walking around outside.”

“Before entering the hotel, there was no parking due to so many trailers in the parking lot. I asked if they had additional parking and was told no. Even though this is supposed to be a smoke free facility, there were a number of people smoking pot inside. The carpet was quite stained and there were hairs in the bathroom. We booked a room that was supposed to sleep 5 but there were only two double beds (no pull out sofa). The hot tub had dirt and grime floating in the bubbles.”

“Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!”

“Vary clean. Super comfortable beds and pillows. The staff is friend and vary helpful Almost like staying with family They keep upgrading the property. If you make a suggestion and it's a good one they actually make the change. I always feel at home here”

“There was a very loud fan running in the bathroom that was so loud, it kept us up all night. Even with the door closed it was obnoxiously loud.”
